The Role of a Quantum Master

What does It mean to be a Quantum Master?

A Quantum Master is a person who has practiced delivering holistic healing sessions that incorporate the many modalities of Quantum HIPPIE products and techniques and has now moved into group working, hosting retreat evenings as an alternative to parties and running classes and sessions in community venues or health centres. They may continue to offer one to one healing sessions either remotely or in person, adding Quantum Retreat work as another skill to their already full tool box, and another opportunity to grow their client base, reputation, and business.

A Quantum Master guides groups through Inner and Outer Quantum Retreat sessions, where a combination of aromatherapy, meditation, sound baths, forest bathing, movement and mindfulness and group coaching are combined in accordance with the surroundings, to facilitate a wonderful circle of healing, friendship and development. These sessions give groups the opportunity to experience tools and equipment prior to purchase, as well as educate and inspire them to continue to their healing away from the Quantum Retreat sessions too.

What does a Quantum Master Learn?

This widening of the training pathway provides an additional way to leverage your skills and passion and reach a wider number of people by expanding into group and session work. The Mastering Group Facilitation course provides the skills you need to understand the change of dynamics that is required to successfully plan your Quantum Retreats. In your Crystal Healer Level 5 and Sound and Frequency for Groups courses, you will learn methods that amplify the vibrational qualities of your tools to reach a wider area, as well as stepping into new techniques such as the art of  "Shinrin-yoku" (as it is known in Japanese) in your Forest Bathing bathing course, and Quantum Movement, a combination of techniques inspired by the disciplines of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation.

As your business continue to grow and empower others, you are supported to  strategise and deliver your Quantum Business Plan to reflect this new, additional direction and to incorporate the many new ways in which your leadership is shining into the hearts of others. Your sales commission on future sales increases on award of your certification to 20% as you deliver your Quantum Retreat sessions and with your new skills in group work, you will now be receiving six level rewards, receiving 1% commission from your sixth, fifth, forth and third lines, as well as 2% downline commission from second line sales, and of course, your with 4% direct downline commission.
